The average delivery time for our packages is 6-10 business days. Our company cares greatly for the environment. That is why we have chosen to only ship out the orders once a minimum threshold has been reached. This way we can save greatly on Shipping Emmisions. We sincerely hope our customers understand and want to help us make a difference.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number that allows you to track your parcel, this can easily be done on our Tracking Page. Please also check your junk mail folder, as our emails may sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take a few business days for the track & trace system to become active.

We're sorry that this happened... Have you checked the Track & Trace Page? Sometimes, packages may be delayed at customs. Please wait an additional 3 days. We apologise for the inconvenience, but in 99% of cases, the package is still delivered within this timeframe.
